Meet the Team

Community Children's Center has been working to bridge the gap in available, affordable, and accessible high-quality early childhood education since 2019, and befor ethat ran the Head Start Program at Plymouth Church since 1965.

Executive Director

Kim Polson

Kim has a wide range of experience in early childhood education, grant writing, and performance. She has been the Executive Director of Community Children's Center since 2019.

Director of Communications & Development

Will Averill

Will has been with Community Children's Center since 2022. Before that, he worked with The Willow Domestic Violence Center and the Mid-America Arts Alliance. Will enjoys comedy, soccer, and hanging out with his new dog, Daisy.

Judy Keller is a senior leader in the nonprofit sector, with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations in strategic planning, capacity-building, and special projects, program, endowment and capital campaigns.
